Getting There
We’ll be waiting to receive you in the atrium of Sofitel hotel.
To avoid parking charges and to fully enjoy the wine-tasting part of the experience, we recommend the train station as the most convenient option.
By train
If you arrive at Gatwick South terminal, take the free airport shuttle train to Gatwick North Terminal. The Sofitel hotel is directly connected to Gatwick North Terminal via a 5 minutes covered walkway.
By bus
Nearest bus stop: Gatwick Airport North Terminal bus stop
Bus stops at Gatwick North Terminal are near the front of the terminal building – please follow signs to Metrobus local buses.
Parking and drop off
Parking subject to availability. There is a secure, on-site 565 space car park at the Hotel (max. height 2.2m) where parking is offered at a reduced rate of £18 per car for up to 8 hours.
Please note, the Sofitel Gatwick is located within the Airport Drop-Off Zone. There is a minimum £6 charge to use the designated drop-off zones which must be paid by midnight the day after you use the zones. This does not apply for stays over 3 hours.

Chris White
Police Detective Inspector, South East Cyber Resilience Centre
Speaker Bio
Always looking for solutions and keeping up with technology, Chris joined the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit as a Police Cyber Security Advisor and Prevent Sergeant. Delivering the National Cyber Security Strategy, he has been working with private sector raising the awareness of cyber security, coaching and encouraging positive behaviour change within organisations, assisting those in the midst of cyber incidents and managing the offenders responsible.
Now at the South East Cyber Resilience Centre as Head of Cyber & Innovation, delivering as a speaker, presenter, technologist, and police officer working with the private sector & academia to protect business from fraud and cyber crime.
Andre Lynch
Cybersecurity Expert, Connectwise
Speaker Bio
Andre has almost 20 years of experience in the ICT across a variety of sectors. He started his journey as a Network Technician installing and maintaining voice and data systems for corporate customers. Subsequently, he was a university lecturer covering a range of STEM fields including Networking & Security, Data Communication, Microcomputing and Robotics.
Lastly, Andre is an ISC2 member, who for the past 6 years has specialised in cyber security and works with MSPs and SMBs to educate them of the dangers posed by cybercrime and how to protect their businesses.
Martin Lake
Security Operations Centre Manager, ERGOS UK
Speaker Bio
Martin is our Security Operations Centre Manager with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
In his role, Martin is responsible for managing the ERGOS SOC desk, overseeing the design and implementation of the company’s cybersecurity stack, and ensuring compliance with critical frameworks such as Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001. He is also involved in executing various project tasks, as well as responding to and mitigating threats to both our internal infrastructure and our clients’ environments.

Pradeep Kandel
Systems Engineer, ERGOS UK
Speaker Bio
Pradeep Kandel is a Microsoft Azure Certified professional, Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) since 2016, with over a decade of IT industry experience.
Microsoft MVP with 10+ years of professional experience supporting and implementing solutions primarily based in Microsoft platform, products, programs, projects & technologies, Pradeep currently works as a Systems Engineer at ERGOS UK.
Pradeep has worked with several Microsoft Gold Partners based Managed Service Providers and also led CoE (Centers of Excellence) programs. He occasionally delivers Microsoft tech bootcamps as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
